Cottage 433 is located in the Sördalen area of Säfsens holiday village near the check-in at Hyttan restaurant and bar and the rental at Björnen.

Säfsen will send out a code to the digital code lock prior to your stay. Normal check-in time is 1600 and check-out is 1100. Check-in takes place at the ski area or in Björnen. Read more practical information on Säfsens homepage to stay up to date with the latest.
The cottage has a total of six beds divided into two separate bedrooms with four beds and a sofa bed in the living room for two more beds. The tenant can either book bed linen and towels from Säfsen or bring their own to the cottage. The beds in bedroom 1 are 80 cm, the bunk bed is 90 cm in the upper part and 120 cm in the lower part. In the sofa bed it is usually easiest to use 120 cm sheets.
The kitchen has a complete set of crockery for six guests with several different types of glasses, mugs and plates. The kitchen is well equipped with, for example, a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. For the smaller children there is a high chair and a travel cot/crib. There is a shoe warmer in the hall and a drying cabinet in the bathroom.
Cleaning can be added when booking or if cleaning is done by the tenant themselves. There is basic cleaning equipment in the cottage, such as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Garbage is thrown away in one of the area’s several garbage stations, where it is also possible to sort food, glass, paper, etc.
Skis can be stored in the lockable ski storage room where a snow shovel and brush are also available. Wood for the wood-burning stove can be pre-booked or purchased on site at either Säfsen or the well-stocked grocery store Coop Fredriksberg, 6 minutes by car from the cottage village. There is a barbecue on the terrace and you can buy charcoal and lighter fluid as needed. There are many nice barbecue areas in the area where Säfsen usually provides firewood, but you need to bring something to light the fire with. We usually have matches in the cottage, with the reservation that they may run out.
There is room for one car in the parking lot, which also has a socket for an engine heater. You cannot charge electric cars in these sockets, but there are several chargers in the area. There are also quick chargers from Vattenfall near Hyttan and traditional fuel is available in Fredriksberg. There are several parking spaces in the area and you can often find space for several cars within 20 meters of the cottage.
Säfsen offers wireless network (WiFi) “Safsen Wi-Fi” to all guests throughout the area including all accommodations. Cottage 433 has fiber with 100 Mbit Internet so it is excellent for working remotely. The cottage also has a TV package, currently a channel package from Telia (package and its content can be changed after a central decision).
The TV package includes a number of channels that you can watch live TV and in some cases also watch streaming from the channels when it suits you. The TV box also has built-in apps for SVT Play, Max, Netflix and Youtube. All apps require you to log in with your own account to be able to use the service except SVT Play.
